Orders can be picked up daily, from 11PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please notify us in advance if you are coming to pick up your order.

Shipping Cost:
This will be calculated automatically using Shopify Shipping's Automatic Rates, to give you an accurate rate based on your address and the weight of the order.
Shipping costs for custom work is calculated and requested after the product has been made and prior to dispatch.

Typical shipping times within Canada are as follows:
Ontario:
Regular Parcel - 3-4 business days
Expedited Parcel - 2-3 business days
Quebec:
Regular Parcel - 5-8 business days
Expedited Parcel - 3-6 business days
British Columbia:
Regular Parcel - 8-13 business days
Expedited Parcel - 6-13 business days
Alberta:

Handling Duration:
Typically, products bought on our website fall under two categories:

Products that are made-to-order based on the customer's selections are made in-house and are usually completed and shipped within 1-2 months. If we are experiencing longer processing times than normal, we will let you know via our Social Media or when an order is placed.

Products that are pre-made and ready to order will be processed and shipped by the end of the next working day.
Notes:
Only orders made before 3 PM EDT will be considered made that day, and will be processed as such.
Orders are packaged using recyclable card boxes, brown paper, and reused bubble wrap. Please consider keeping the bubble wrap and reusing it yourself.
